Project Overview
Pinellas County conducted a study on pedestrian and bicyclist safety improvements along 62nd Avenue N., from 49th Street to 66th Street. The study considered minor widening of the roadway to add five-foot bike lanes and/or an adjacent 12-foot shared-use path along the north side of the roadway. There is currently a five-foot-wide sidewalk along the south side of the roadway.

- Design: Expected to begin in 2030 (To be determined)
- Construction: To be determined
Project Status
Pinellas County completed the engineering study in 2023. Design work is not expected to begin until 2030.
