Pinellas County Strategic Plan
The Board of County Commissioners recently adopted a new five-year Strategic Plan that will help guide the County’s operations, services and initiatives through 2030. Check out the updated plan below.
The Strategic Plan is informed by input from the public, the Board of County Commissioners, department leaders, available data, and other County plans and policies.
The plan is built around four strategic priorities. Each area is supported by specific goals that guide how we design programs, budget resources, and measure progress.
The plan includes two appendices. Appendix A highlights the BCC’s priorities and projects aligned to these goals over the next few years. Appendix B features nationally recognized benchmarks-developed by Polco and the National Community Survey-that allows us to compare Pinellas County’s performance with similar jurisdictions across the country.
