BCC Strategic Planning Work Session
At the beginning of each calendar year, the Board of County Commissioners holds an annual Strategic Planning Work Session to review the Pinellas County Strategic Plan. During the session, the Board discusses progress on key County activities, performance measures and goals. The Board provides direction and input that helps departments refine operational plans and requests for the upcoming budget development cycle.
