Water Billing Payment Options
Pinellas County Utilities offers a variety of options to pay your water bill, including selecting a different payment date. You can find more information on billing date selection here.
Credit card and electronic check payments are subject to fees.
Utilities Customer Portal
As a Pinellas County Utilities customer, you have access to our Utilities Customer Portal where you can pay your bill online, set up autopay, get insights into your water usage, set up leak alerts and more. If you’re not already signed up, visit myaccount.pinellas.gov to create your account and monitor your potable and reclaimed water use anywhere, anytime.
Amscot & Water Bill Drop Boxes
Those wishing to physically pay their bill can do so at an Amscot location (includes non-refundable $2.00 convenience fee per transaction) or in-person at one of the following drop boxes. Cash should not be deposited in drop boxes.

Pay by Phone
You can pay your bill by phone at (727) 464-4000 during our regular business hours or through our automated payment system at 866-764-0193.
Pay by Mail
Before your due date, you can mail your payment using the envelop enclosed with your bill. Payments in the mail will not prevent our assessment of a late payment fee.
