Pinellas County Risk Management is responsible for employees’ work-related injuries or illnesses, except for Clerk of the Circuit Court employees who should follow their department’s procedures.

• Employees should immediately report all work-related injuries or illnesses to Davies (formerly Johns Eastern) at (877) 879-9296. This dedicated reporting line is available 24/7.
• In the event of an emergency, call 911, then call (877) 879-9296.
• For regular follow-up regarding your claim once the first report of injury is completed, contact Davies at (800) 749-3044, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
