- 24-Hour Nurse Line (855) 493-7019 – Access a 24-hour toll-free number for nurses who can help answer your health questions.
- Aetna Compassionate Care (855) 648-0388 – Get help with treatment and decision making for yourself or a family member with an advanced illness.
- Healthy Home Visits (877) 503-5802 – Get a visit (home or virtual) from a licensed doctor or nurse to assess your health and safety needs. The doctor or nurse will share the information with your doctor. Family members can be present for the visit. To schedule a visit, call (877) 503-5802 or use the online scheduler. You may opt out of this benefit annually by telling the customer services rep that you are not interested.
- Hearing Aid Reimbursement (855) 648-0388 – Get up to $500 reimbursement every 36 months on hearing aids.
- MDLIVE Virtual Mental Health (855) 648-0388 – Get access to virtual mental health visits by phone or video chat through MDLIVE board-certified psychiatrists and licensed therapists.
- Meal Home Delivery (855) 648-0388 – Get up to 14 free delicious and nutritious meals delivered to your home after your hospital stay. All meals meet or exceed the federal and state regulatory guidelines and are prepared in a USDA certified facility.
- Over-the-Counter Products (833) 331-1573 (NEW!) – Get $30 of free health and wellness products per quarter delivered to your home or purchased from a participating CVS Pharmacy. Approved products include bandages, aspirin, and toothpaste. - Resources for Living (855) 648-0388 – A life consultant can connect you with a wide range of cost-effective and reliable services in your area such as contractors, housing, meals, caregivers, activities, and emergency assistance.
- SilverSneakers Health & Fitness (888) 423-4632 – Offers free access to gyms and fitness centers, plus on-demand videos and live virtual classes. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. You can enroll at multiple locations at any time.
- Teladoc Health (855) 648-0388 – Connect with a Teladoc Health physician 24/7 by web, phone, or mobile app from home, for nonemergency medical needs.
- Transportation Services (Access2Care) (855) 814-1699 – Access up to 24 free one-way (12 roundtrip) rides for non-emergency transportation to your medical appointments within a 60-mile radius of your home.
