Hurricane Ian: Pinellas County Order Lifting Evacuations

WHEREAS, evacuations were ordered due to the threats posed by Hurricane Ian pursuant to Pinellas County Resolution 22-90 for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare; and

WHEREAS, the primary threats of the hurricane have passed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED in accordance with Resolution No. 22-90, this 29th day of September 2022:

The mandatory evacuations ordered for Hurricane Ian are hereby lifted.

Ordered this 29th day of September 2022, at 9:00 a.m.
