County Parks & Preserves

Open Seven Days a Week 7 a.m. to Sunset
Most county parks are closed two days throughout the year, the day after Thanksgiving and Dec. 25.
Fort De Soto Park is the exception. It is open all year.

Open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed on weekends and County Holidays

Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center

Open Thursday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Open Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and County Holidays

Florida Botanical Gardens

Open seven days a week 7 a.m. to Sunset.
Closed the day after Thanksgiving and Dec. 25

Heritage Village Museum & Park

Open Wednesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Open Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed Monday, Tuesday and County Holidays

The pedestrian gates are open daily. The historic homes and gift shop are closed on Monday, Tuesday, and County Holidays.
