Project Overview
The objective of this project is to replace the culvert across Indian Rocks Road, south of Adrian Avenue in Largo that overtopped and caused a failure to the roadway shoulder and adjacent seawall after the storm surge from the hurricanes in 2024.

- Design: Early 2026 – Late 2027
- Construction: Summer 2028 – Late 2028
Community Outreach
A project information meeting is planned to be scheduled ahead of construction.

This project is supported by funding from the Federal Highway Administration and the Penny for Pinellas.
