Project Overview

The project consisted of filling in the gaps in the sidewalk with new ADA-accessible sections and expanding the roadway shoulder in places along the east side of Indian Rocks Road, from Kent Drive to 8th Avenue SW. Stormwater management and drainage were improved and the corrugated metal drainage pipes on the west side of Indian Rocks Road, between Oakwood Drive and Gulfview Drive, was replaced.

In addition, new storm-resistant traffic signal mast arms were installed at the intersection of Indian Rocks Road and 8th Avenue SW.
