Project Overview
Pinellas County is proposing sidewalk and drainage improvements on Mehlenbacher Road. The project consists of ADA-compliant sidewalks, curb ramps and driveways, along with drainage improvements to reduce flooding and inflow into the sewer system.
The sidewalk and drainage improvements on the north side of Mehlenbacher Road are from Indian Rocks Road to the Pinellas Trail, and on the south side from Indian Rocks Road to west of Dolphin Drive. ADA-compliant sidewalk, curb ramps and driveways will also be constructed at the intersection of Indian Rocks Road and Mehlenbacher Road.

Community Outreach
- December 10, 2018: Pinellas County held a project information meeting open house at the Belleair Town Hall to provide information about the proposed sidewalk improvements and to answer questions.
