- Access to Court Records
- Gulf Coast Legal Services – Gulfcoast Legal Services (GLS) provides free, comprehensive civil legal aid to eligible clients in the Tampa Bay area. Services provided include but are not limited to financial stability and housing advocacy. GLS places special emphasis on several vulnerable populations within Pinellas County, including individuals experiencing homelessness and ex-offenders re-entering society.
- Florida Department of Corrections
- Renters Rights Package – In August 2022, Pinellas County adopted a new Tenants Bill of Rights to protect vulnerable renters with the following protections:
- Prohibits discrimination against renters based on their source of income, including housing vouchers.
- Requires landlords give advance notice of late fees and rent increases of more than 5%.
- Requires landlords to provide tenants with a Notice of Rights.
