The Wellness team offers quick guided 15-minute breaks to help you relax, manage stress, and focus better. The virtual breaks can be done sitting or standing, wherever you are. Go back to work feeling more invigorated and productive.

Meditation Mondays
(Mondays, 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.)

Midweek Movement Snack Break
(Wednesdays, 2:45 p.m.)

  • Register to join us for a 15-minute energizing break on Wednesdays at 2:45 p.m.

Friday Stretch Break
(Fridays, 10:00 a.m.)

  • Sitting for long periods of time can play havoc with your posture and health.
  • Stretching can help improve flexibility, increase productivity, improve posture, and reduce body aches and pains.
  • Register to join us for a quick 15-minute stretch break on Fridays at 10:00 a.m.
