The Boot Camp series is highly recommended for all newly hired or promoted managers and may serve as a refresher for existing managers throughout Pinellas County Government.

Boot Camp is designed to develop leadership skills with proven techniques to increase productivity and develop people skills for both the new and experienced manager.​​​​​ This program increases morale, retention, productivity, better decision making, and stronger teams. The program provides essential information for those that supervise others spanning from legal policy implications to skills development. We analyze each topic through interactive sessions including discussion, role play, group activities, lecture, readings, and more.
