Where should I park?
Your best option is the free parking lot with more than 100 available spaces at:
- Episcopal Church of the Ascension
542 Bay Avenue (corner of Turner Street and Bay Avenue)

Use the GPS address listed above for driving directions. This address is directly across the street from the church parking lot.
Can I park behind the Communications building in the First United Methodist Church lot?
No. This lot is not open to County staff or citizens.
Can I use metered parking near the Courthouse and Annex?
No. Metered parking spaces are to be used by citizens for Pinellas County business. Attending courses is not considered County business.

- Swisher/509 East Avenue: Park in the lot on the south side of Turner Street.
- Utilities Building: Park at the old Clearwater City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue.

Where can I park?
Please do not park in the lot on East Avenue across from the Swisher building. These spaces are reserved for employees. Park in the parking lot on the south side of Turner Street between the Serenity Club (631 Turner Street) and the railroad tracks.
