Cardio Bootcamp

(30 minutes) This class will challenge your cardiovascular system in a high intensity workout for all fitness levels using a variety of equipment. This class will keep you on your toes and sweating in a challenging, but fun high energy environment.

Core & Balance

(30 minutes) This is an all-level core-dedicated workout that strengthens mid-body muscles which help maintain good posture, range of motion and a healthy back. You’ll strengthen and lengthen your trunk muscles through a variety of exercises that challenge your core, reinforce balance, stabilize, and improve flexibility.

Full Body HIIT

(30 minutes) This class will work your entire body utilizing high intensity intervals with built in rest. Get your heart rate up, muscles pumping, and body sweating with a combination of strength and cardio using a variety of equipment to get the most out of this workout.

Restorative Yoga

(45 minutes) Decompress from the work week! Slow down and open your body through deep passive stretching. This gentle yoga style emphasizes the meditative aspect of the mind-body connection by holding poses for longer to achieve a deeper stretch.

Solely Strength

(1 hour) Focus exclusively on building endurance, strength, lean body mass, bone strength and decreasing body fat. Total body strength training classes utilize dumbbells, body bars, resistance tube, and more. All fitness levels are welcome!

Spin

(30 minutes) This class provides an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed, allowing you to improve your current fitness level at your pace.

Step ‘n’ Sculpt

(1 hour) Weekly class canceled. Keep your eye out for pop-up classes. Get your heart rate up with step cardio, tone your core and abs using a variety of equipment, and show your muscles some love with a feel-great stretch.

Urban Line Dancing

(1 hour) (now at Parks and Conservation Resources, Magnolia Room, Largo) This class promotes fun and physical activity in an exciting way. It’s an excellent stress reducer, muscle toner and leg strengthener. It’s a great way to encourage healthier lifestyles by exercising through dancing.

Walk & Talk

(40 minutes) Start your day off on the right foot by coming to walk and talk with Shannon, your Cigna Onsite Nutrition Health Coach. We will be meeting weekly to get our steps in while discussing nutrition, healthy lifestyles and being the best version of ourselves. Participants will meet inside the Wellness Center at the front desk. Class will begin walking promptly at 6:30 a.m.
