Group Fitness Classes

Eligibility

  • Group fitness classes are free for County employees, retirees, and registered County volunteers.
  • Before taking classes, you need to sign up for a 30-minute Wellness Center orientation.

Registration

  • Register weekly for classes to get email or text reminders. It’s not required but encouraged.
  • Note: You need to register for each date and class you plan to attend in order to receive reminders.

Class Descriptions

Classes are modifiable for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp
(30 or 40 minutes)

A high-energy, full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and functional movement. This is perfect for building strength, boosting endurance, and relieving stress.

Mat Pilates
(30 minutes)

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension. This low-impact class focuses on controlled movements, breathwork, and alignment to enhance stability, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Restorative Yoga
(45 minutes)

A restful yoga practice that prioritizes long holds to gain a deeper stretch and emphasizes the meditative aspect of the mind-body connection.

Step ‘n’ Sculpt
(1 hour)

Step your way to a healthy heart, tone your core, and show your muscles some love with a feel-great stretch.

Yoga Flow
(30 minutes)

A moderately vigorous, creative, and uplifting yoga flow sequence and meditation practice.

Zumba
(40 minutes)

A high-energy dance fitness class that combines upbeat music with fun, easy-to-follow choreography. Burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and boost your mood while enjoying a dynamic workout.
