• Visit One Pass Select and click the Get Started button.
• Click Sign in at the top right and enter your HealthSafe ID. If you do not have a HealthSafeID, create one by entering your name and date of birth and following the prompts.
• Create a One Pass Select username and password.
• Select your membership tier and enter your billing information.

You can use any gym or studio within the membership tier you select (Classic, Standard, Premium, and Elite). Some of the participating gyms are Anytime Fitness, Crunch Fitness, EOS Fitness, Esporta Fitness, LA Fitness, Lifetime, Orange Theory, and Planet Fitness.

View a list of gym partners and the tier for each at One Pass Select. Scroll down to Find Gyms and Classes Near You and input an address or zip code.

If you already have a gym membership but want to purchase One Pass Select, you need to notify the gym that you’d like to cancel your membership and enroll in One Pass Select. Share your member code with your gym so they can enroll you through One Pass Select.

Yes. All of the membership tiers include over 42,000 on-demand digital classes. You can also find in-person classes at many gyms. Select Details under the gym name to view facility information including classes.

Enrolled members can click Online Fitness to view all of the digital platforms. Copy your member code, then select the link to go to the partner’s site. You will be prompted for the member code and other information to activate the benefit. Thereafter, you will go directly to the platform’s app or website.

You can enroll for free grocery delivery by Shipt and Walmart+. First, register with One Pass Select to activate the benefit, and then look for the Your Perks tab to find links for Shipt and Walmart+. Copy your member code, then select the link to go to the partner’s site. You will be prompted for the member code and other information required for enrollment. Thereafter, you will go directly to the Shipt or Walmart+ app or website.

If you currently have a Shipt or Walmart+ membership, cancel it and then enroll through One Pass Select for free delivery.

Enrolled members can click Manage Membership to add family members (18 years or older) to their account. You will be billed for their membership. They do not need to be a member of your household or covered on your medical plan. Family members receive a 10% discount and do not have to pay an enrollment fee to join One Pass Select. Their membership tier can be the same or different than yours.

You can change or cancel your membership with 30-days’ notice. Log in to One Pass Select, go to Manage Membership under Your Account at the top right. Under Manage Plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier which will go into effect on the next billing date (first of the month). Click Cancel Membership under Membership Information if you want to cancel the program. If you re-enroll in the future, you may be subject to an enrollment fee.
