Onsite Biometric Screenings

NEW IN 2025: Complete your no-cost biometric screening at your worksite or a worksite open to all employees.
Quest providers will be at various Pinellas County worksites to draw blood and take body measurements (blood pressure, height, and weight). This is the same screening you get at a Direct-to-Quest Diagnostics® Patient Service Center, and you can schedule an appointment the same way.
IMPORTANT
To schedule an appointment, you need to create a new Quest account with registration key Pinellas2025. See the Quest Help Guide for details.

How do I make an appointment?
- Visit My.QuestForHealth.com to make an appointment or call 1 (855) 6BE-WELL (1-855-623-9355).
- Due to the medical plan vendor change to UMR, all employees need to set up a new Quest account, even if you used the site previously. To set up a new account, use the registration key Pinellas2025, then create a new username and password to use for future logins.
- In the Wellness Screening section, under At An Event, click Make an Appointment.
- Select a location, date, and time.
- After the screening, your results will be uploaded to the Quest website in 1 to 3 business days, and mailed to your home in 2 to 3 weeks. The results will also auto populate into the Clinical Health Risk Assessment.
View the Quest Help Guide for detailed instructions and screenshots.
What is the cost?
There is no cost to you; however, there is a cost to the County. If you cannot make your appointment, it is important to cancel it at least 48 hours prior.
What does the onsite biometric clinic look like?
The clinic setup varies at each location; however, providers will set up a station for screenings, much like a vaccine clinic. If there are multiple screeners, the stations will be separated to ensure a comfortable experience.
How long does it take?
A biometric screening is typically completed in under 15 minutes.
What services are provided?
- Blood pressure reading
- Height and weight measurements
- Blood draw
Can I request additional bloodwork at the same time?
No. This event is for biometric screening only.
Do I need to fast before my appointment?
It is preferable but not required. Fasting for 8 to 12 hours before your appointment will ensure your blood test results are more accurate.
Do I need to use leave time?
Each department sets their own policies on using leave. Please reach out to your manager.
What if none of these locations work for me?
You can go to a Direct-to-Quest Diagnostics® Patient Service Center. See biometric screening for more information.
What if I need to cancel?
If you can’t make your appointment, please cancel it at least 48 hours beforehand so the County is not charged for your screening. To cancel, visit My.QuestForHealth.com or call 1-855-6BE-WELL (855-623-9355)
