Meet Our Claims Representative
Jace Sivils is a Claims/Customer Service Representative employed by our medical administrator, UMR (UnitedHealthcare), to assist Pinellas County employees. Jace can help you navigate UMR benefits by providing cost estimates, finding participating providers, explaining what services are covered, and resolving claims issues. He assists with providers, payment, authorization, billing, claims, and more.

What is your background?
I began my career in insurance in 2018 with a smaller national insurance company before joining UnitedHealth Group in 2019. I’ve worked with both small and large groups assisting plan administrators with managing their health plan in a way that best benefits their employees.
Can you tell us a little more about yourself?
I’ve been a resident of Pinellas County for most of my life. I graduated from Clearwater High School before moving back to my hometown of Washington, DC then moving back to Clearwater after experiencing one winter. I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as traveling and sightseeing with my girlfriend. I’m also an avid dog lover so feel free to share photos of your fur babies.
What is something you practice daily?
Online chess.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
My absolute favorite activity to do in my alone time is going to the archery range, although I’m no Hawkeye. Besides the fun I have at the range, archery is also mentally refreshing and serves as a great stress relief for me.
