Virtual Inspections

How to Complete a Virtual Inspection

Pinellas County offers Virtual Inspections for these Express Permit types. More permit types will be available later this year.

Visit the Forms and Instructions page, click on the permit type to view, download and complete the necessary steps for an offline field report. All mechanical permit types also require a Wire Size / Heat Shield Affidavit. Permits that involve electrical work require a Wire Size Affidavit.
