FY24 General Increase and Salary Adjustments

The FY24 budget salary adjustments includes a 4.5% salary increase, $18 per hour minimum hourly wage, an increase to all pay grade minimums of at least 2.5%, and a $600 retention supplement in February 2024.

Pinellas County employees are assigned to a particular pay grade that consists of a salary range with a minimum and maximum pay to fairly compensate an employee for assigned work under a specific job classification.
