eCalendar Photo Contest
Share your travel photos, local hidden spots, or not-so-hidden gems!
March 3 to April 3
Every month, Human Resources emails eCalendars that you can use to update your desktop background. Now is your chance to submit your digital photos for consideration to be used in an upcoming eCalendar.
Winners will be announced on the last Wednesday of the month in the Weekly Digest email beginning in June. If selected, that month’s eCalendar will feature your photo, its title, your name, and your department.
Submission Rules
Please make sure your digital photos meet the following before submitting:
- Image of nature or places
- High-quality image that is at least 1,600 pixels by 1,200 pixels at 72 dpi
- Landscape (horizontal) images only
- JPG, JPEG, or PNG only
- Must be the original work of the submitter and not created using artificial intelligence (AI)
We will not consider the following:
- Photos containing people or characters
- Photos containing weapons, religious symbols, or political signage
- Photos of photos or photocopies
- Black and white photos
Submit Your Photos
- Before you submit, note:
- Each employee may submit up to 5 photos.
- Photos must not have been previously submitted to the Colors of Pinellas Art Show.
- Visit the eCalendar Photo Contest Submission Form (Okta sign in required) to submit your photos by the April 3 deadline.
Employee Communications reserves the right to use our best judgment when choosing photos for the eCalendar.
