Open Enrollment for 2027 Benefits

Employees are required to enroll for 2027 benefits coverage during Open Enrollment between October 26 and November 9, 2026 in Workday.

All Pinellas County employees are encouraged to attend both a Workday training session to learn how to enroll and an Open Enrollment information session to learn about 2027 benefits.

Workday Training Sessions

  • Get comfortable with Workday via demos, tips, and time to explore a test site.
  • Watch a walkthrough of the 2027 benefits enrollment process.
  • Sign up for a 1.5-hour training session:
    • Multiple options from September 28 to October 9, including virtual and in-person (register – login to SharePoint required)

Open Enrollment Benefits Sessions

  • Learn about 2027 benefits updates and options.
  • Open to employees and their spouses/domestic partners.
  • Sign up for a 2-hour virtual information session:
    • October 15, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. (register)
    • October 16, 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. (register)
    • October 20, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. (register)
