Inspection Tracker

We’ve introduced a faster, more efficient way to schedule and manage your inspections with Pinellas County Building & Development Review Services.

On the day of your inspection, you can visit Inspection Tracker to see the inspector(s) assigned to your permit, and an estimated arrival time. You will receive an automated message by text, phone and email on the scheduled inspection date with an estimated time the inspector will visit your site. To streamline this process, we highly recommend that the phone number and email address you provide belong to a person who will be onsite to personally meet your inspector(s).
