Inspection Instructions for Short-Term Rental Property Owners and Managers
Need to schedule an inspection for your short-term rental property in unincorporated Pinellas County? If so, please visit the County’s Short-Term Rental Certificate of Use Program page for instructions.
- Login to the Pinellas County Access Portal.
- On the Welcome page, select Schedule an Inspection.
- Select the Record Number.
- Click the Record Info drop-down arrow and select from the list of Available Inspection Types.
- Select a date.
- Verify Location and Contact. Click Continue.
- Confirm your selection. Click Finish.
