Dependent Verification is Coming in January

Human Resources and a third-party vendor, Impact Interactive, will conduct a Dependent Verification beginning in January 2025. This is a one-time verification of all dependents on County medical and dental plans. The goal is to ensure our plans only cover those eligible for coverage, to comply with legal requirements.

Now is the time to start assembling the necessary documents for your dependents, such as your 2023 tax return (first page) for a spouse.

If you do not submit documentation between January 13 and February 28, 2025, or your dependent is not eligible, Impact Interactive will notify you that your dependents will be removed from the benefit plan.
