Learning & Development

Pinellas County is proud to support a learning culture. The Learning & Development team promotes continuous learning and development to build skills and create pathways for advancement. We offer blended learning with face-to-face or virtual classes. Our online portal ULearnIT provides module coursework, instructional videos, and audio/digital books. We offer courses on interpersonal skills and Microsoft 365. We administer the Tuition Reimbursement Program and coordinate New Employee Orientation.
