Apply for an Express Permit (licensed contractors), Pay Fees, Schedule an Inspection in Access Portal

- Login to the Pinellas County Access Portal.
- Select the Permit type.
- Select Apply for a Permit.
- Accept General Disclaimer and click Continue Application.
- Select a License by clicking the drop-down arrow.
- Complete required fields for Property Address, Parcel or Owner and click Search. All required fields will populate. Click Continue Application.
- Complete Permit Detail Information for all required fields. Click Continue Application.
- Review the License Professional contact information. Select from Account to add a contact. Click Continue Application.
- Select a contact to attach to this application.
- Select contact address to attach to this record. Note: If you only have a mailing address you must add a business address.
- A message will display that states Contact address added successfully. Click Continue.
- Confirm contact information is accurate.
- Click Add to attach supporting document.
- Click Add to upload a document. Click Continue.
- Complete all required information. Click the drop-down arrow to select the document Type. Click Save. Click Continue Application. A message will display that states The attachment(s) has/have been successfully uploaded.
- Review all information below. Click edit button to make changes to sections and scroll to the bottom and click Continue Application to move on.
- Review and pay fees. Click Continue Application.
- Review and pay fees by completing all required fields. Click Submit Payment. A message will display that states Your application has been successfully submitted.
- On the Welcome page, select Schedule an Inspection.
- Select the Record Number.
- Click the Record Info drop-down arrow and select from the list of Available Inspection Types.
- Select a date.
- Verify Location and Contact. Click Continue.
- Confirm your selection. Click Finish.
