May the “Vows” Be With You: Clerk’s Office to Host Star Wars-Themed Wedding Ceremony May 4

The Clerk of the Circuit Court is pleased to announce the newest addition to the themed wedding ceremony room at the Clerk’s downtown Clearwater office. In a “galaxy not so far away”, join us for a Star Wars-themed wedding ceremony: “May the ‘Vows’ Be With You!” The special event will occur on Saturday, May 4, at the Clerk’s downtown Clearwater location, 315 Court Street, Room 163.

Couples are invited to join us for a celebration like no other, where love and the Force unite. Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite Star Wars costumes to add to the galactic atmosphere. The event is from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Each couple will receive two exclusive galactic event cards as a memento. In addition, a Star Wars-themed commemorative marriage certificate and photo package is available for purchase to capture and memorialize this special day.

“We are thrilled to offer couples the opportunity to unite in matrimony in a galaxy far, far away, right here in Clearwater,” said Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller.

To participate in this extraordinary wedding ceremony, couples can visit the Clerk’s website to schedule their appointment. Reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so couples are encouraged to secure their spot early to ensure they don’t miss out on this unique experience.
