Employee Clubs

Couch to 5K Run Club
(January 13 – March 31, Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.)

Register now for the Couch to 5K Run Club that follows a 12-week timed walk/run interval program designed to help you build endurance, confidence and consistency.

From day 1, participants are grouped by pace, so everyone has at least one buddy as they trek around Crest Lake Park in Clearwater. At the end of the scheduled program, there will be an optional 5K race in April when you can put your new skills to the test!

  • This class uses stick figures as a vehicle for storytelling, emotional release, and self-reflection. By removing pressure to “make good art,” participants access pure, intuitive expression — letting emotions, memories, and personal narratives unfold through simple drawings.
  • All artistic levels welcome! You will need a pen, pencil, white plain paper and colored pencils are optional.

Self-Defense: Early Danger Identification and Response

Register now for a two-part virtual series (one link for both dates). 

  • Self-defense might seem difficult to learn online; however, these techniques are simple, effective, and easy to remember—even under stress. 
  • Learn how to recognize danger before it becomes physical and how to act fast and effectively if it does.  
  • Spot pre-attack cues, create safe distance, establish a strong defensive frame, respond to common attacks like grabs, chokes and strikes. 
  • Receive a video and picture packet after class to continue to practice with your family at home. 
  • Attendance at both sessions is encouraged as the principles and strategies build on each other but it’s not required. The sessions will be recorded.

  • Enjoy the soothing power of sound healing to help melt away stress and restore inner calm. 
  • You’ll experience the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, all designed to support relaxation and mental clarity. 
  • Soft ambient lighting and optional essential oils will help create a peaceful environment. 
  • The session is done lying on the floor for full-body relaxation, so please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Chairs will be available if you prefer to sit.

  • Our Children Have Rights protects the rights of children to have access to parents by providing education and support services for successful co-parenting strategies.
  • Learn how child support is calculated, including Florida’s formula, and the steps involved.
  • Understand the role of the Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program, what services they provide, and how to prepare before reaching out or visiting an office.
