Pinellas County’s Wellness Program is designed to create a culture of well-being for our employees and their families. The program offers classes and activities that help improve well-being across 4 pillars: physical, emotional, social and financial.

• Classes & Activities – Register now for upcoming classes, activities, events, and screenings.
• Employee Night Out with the Threshers – Enjoy a fun night out at the ballpark at a discounted rate (June 13).
• Financial Resources – View a newly developed list of over 40 free financial resources to help take control of your money.
• New Financial Advisor – Employees now have free access to the services of a Wealthspire financial advisor.
• Wellness Incentive Payout – The payout for 2025 Wellness Incentive Program activities was on April 10.
• Colon Health Screening Kit – Eligible employees and dependents on the medical plan were sent a free Cologuard^® test kit.
• Onsite Screenings – For your convenience, we are offering screenings at a worksite near you:
  • Onsite Biometric Screening – Annual biometric screening
  • Onsite Dermatology Screening - Full skin cancer screening and more
• 2026 Wellness Incentive Program – Learn what incentives are available to earn up to $200 or 50,000 Rewards Program points.
• Breast Self-Exam Shower Card – Request a card for a simple monthly reminder to check in with yourself.
