  • Midweek Movement Snack Break – Don’t let the midweek slump impact your mood. Register for the new 15-minute break on Wednesdays at 2:45 p.m.
  • Deadline to Save $500 Extended to December 13 – Due to the hurricanes, the deadline to complete your biometric screening and health assessment has been extended to December 13.

Weekly Breaks: Just 15 Minutes a Day

Join us on Mondays to start each week right with a 15-minute guided live meditation at 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.

Join us on Wednesdays from 2:45 to 3:00 p.m for work-friendly stretches and exercises.
