Wellness Program
Pinellas County’s Wellness Program is designed to create a culture of well-being for our employees and their families. The program offers classes and activities that help improve well-being across 4 pillars: physical, emotional, social and financial.

News
- Wellness Center Fumigation April 18 – The downtown Clearwater Wellness Center will undergo termite treatment and be inaccessible April 18 through April 20. All personal items and locks must be removed by April 17.
- Discounted Gym Membership & Grocery Delivery – One Pass Select offers discounts on thousands of gyms, online workouts, and grocery delivery through Shipt and Walmart+.
- Free App Subscriptions – Get free premium subscription subscriptions to Calm (mental health) and Uptime (bite-size learning). Log into SharePoint to view the access codes.

- Biometric Screening & Health Assessment – Find out what’s changed and what’s stayed the same.

- OnSpot Dermatology – Receive a full skin cancer screening and other dermatological services at a worksite near you.
- Onsite Biometric Screenings (throughout the year) – Employees on the County medical plan can complete their Quest screening at a nearby worksite.

- Donate Glasses for Good (Now to April 11) – Do you have old eyeglasses, sunglasses, or reader glasses? Donate them at collection sites across the County to help others in need.
- Paws for Prevention Suicide Awareness Walk & Event (May 4) – Join the Pinellas County Wellness Team to show support for our community and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
- NAMIWalks Pinellas County: Mental Health For All (May 17) – Join the Pinellas County Wellness team to show support for our community and loved ones on their mental health journey.

Weekly Breaks: Just 15 Minutes a Day
Monday
Join us on Mondays to start each week right with a 15-minute guided live meditation at 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday
Join us on Wednesdays from 2:45 to 3:00 p.m for work-friendly stretches and exercises.
Friday
Join us on Fridays from 10:00 to 10:15 a.m. to take a quick stretch wherever you are.
