Pinellas County’s Wellness Program is designed to create a culture of well-being for our employees and their families. The program offers classes and activities that help improve well-being across 4 pillars: physical, emotional, social and financial.

- Wellness Incentive Program – Learn what’s coming in 2025.
- Midweek Movement Snack Break – Don’t let the midweek slump impact your mood. Register for the new 15-minute break on Wednesdays at 2:45 p.m.
- Screenings:
- OnSpot Dermatology (January 14 – February 11) – Receive a full skin cancer screening and other dermatological services at a worksite near you.
- Jet Dental (February 13 and 25) – Get a dental cleaning including X-rays, cleaning, fillings, and more at a worksite near you.
- Onsite Activities (In Person)
- Choose My Florida Retirement System (FRS) Plan (January 24) – New employees can learn more about the Investment and Pension plans and determine which is best for them.

Wellness Center & Gyms
Weekly Breaks: Just 15 Minutes a Day
Monday
Join us on Mondays to start each week right with a 15-minute guided live meditation at 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday
Join us on Wednesdays from 2:45 to 3:00 p.m for work-friendly stretches and exercises.
Friday
Join us on Fridays from 10:00 to 10:15 a.m. to take a quick stretch wherever you are.
