New Deferred Compensation Option
Starting in 2026, you can select a Roth deferred compensation account for after-tax contributions.

Deadline for Personal Days and Floating Holidays
The last day to use your 2025 personal days and floating holidays is Saturday, December 13.

New Government Campus is Coming
Pinellas County is developing a centralized modern campus in Largo (internal link).

Tax Exemption for Overtime Pay
Eligible employees can claim a federal income tax deduction for a portion of their qualified overtime earnings.

New Software Platform
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform will provide more efficient human resources, payroll, finance, accounting, and purchasing functions (internal link).

Electronic W-2
Opt in for an electronic W-2 by December 31, 2025.

Electronic 1095-C
Opt in for an electronic Form 1095-C (health insurance form) by January 31, 2026.
