• New Administrator for Disability and FMLA – Starting in 2026, Reliance Matrix is the new administrator for short-term and long-term disability and FMLA benefits.
• New Administrator for FSA – Starting in 2026, P&A Group is the new administrator for Flexible Spending Accounts.
• New Deferred Compensation Option – Starting in 2026, you can select a Roth deferred compensation account for after-tax contributions.
• Electronic W-2 – Opt in for an electronic W-2 by December 31, 2025.
• Electronic 1095-C – Opt in for an electronic Form 1095-C (health insurance form) by January 31, 2026.
