News & Updates
- Report Your Dental Checkup by December 31 – The deadline to self-report your dental checkup between July 1 and the end of the year is December 31 to qualify for incentive rewards.
- New Deferred Compensation Option – Starting in 2026, you can select a Roth deferred compensation account for after-tax contributions.
- Electronic W-2 – Opt in for an electronic W-2 by December 31, 2025.
- Electronic 1095-C – Opt in for an electronic Form 1095-C (health insurance form) by January 31, 2026.
- Deadline for Personal Days and Floating Holidays – The last day to use your 2025 personal days and floating holidays is Saturday, December 13.
- GenerationYou – When you call UMR, a member of the GenYou team will help with understanding your benefits, comparing providers, accessing cost estimates, scheduling appointments, and much more.
